James Clear is a genius for writing this awesome book. Intresting enough, he also narrated the audiobook version which I thought was cool. This audiobook has the right tips on how to break habits and start healthier ones. I mean it goes into detail and breaks it down to a point where it makes the reader go "ohhh" "I see" "I've done that" "It makes sense now" as this covers the right approach when aiming a goal.
This book has taught me that learning a new habit is about consistency, regardless if I may not see results, and delayed gratification. Small changes indeed have a great impact in the long run but James Clear helps you see where we may be lacking and how we can improve.
Atomic Habits can be beneficial for anyone in need of switching to better habits. So far, this book has inspired me to apply it in my everyday life and I can honestly say it is written in a fluent way that isn't challenging to understand, despite having tons of old/recent research to back up.
